  • As part of performing our services to you & communicating with you in regard to our service

  • To personalise & optimise your experience of using our website & services

  • To keep our website safe, functioning & working as intended

  • To allow you to participate in the website where you’d like, such as signing up to our email list or registering as a customer

  • To continually improve our website, service, and marketing experiences through information gathered & analysed (such as where website visitors are coming from, what pages are they visiting, etc)

  • To accurately attribute referrals from our affiliate program

Cookies & tracking data

This website uses cookies and similar technologies, which are small files or pieces of text that download to a device when a visitor accesses a website or app. This data is used to enhance your experience of this site.

We use data from cookies to monitor your use of our website. Cookies also allow us to better understand how you use our site so we can develop and improve the website experience as well as our services in response to what you might want or need.

  • Squarespace always uses these functional and required cookies, which allow Squarespace, our website hosting platform, to securely serve this website to you. These cookies don’t gather information about you in any way—they simply make our website function for you in the way it’s intended and allow us to do things such as avoid showing you a marketing banner you’ve already dismissed, for example.

  • If you came to Zoe Linda from one of our referral partners, you may have been cookied by ThriveCart, where our referral program is held. You can read ThriveCart’s cookie policy here.

What about analytics cookies?

We use Plausible, a cookieless & non-invasive analytics provider, for tracking our users through anonymised IP addresses. We can see how many users visit our pages and what websites they came from, and we can use this information to guide and improve our website, client experiences, and communications, but we don’t collect or share personal information about our website visitors. You can read Plausible’s data policy here.

Disabling cookies

Disabling cookies on your internet browser will also stop this site from tracking any part of your visit to this website, though this may change how our website works for you. Further information on how to enable and disable cookies is available from www.allaboutcookies.org.

When you send us a communication of any kind (whether through email, our chatbox, direct messages via social media or messaging services such as Voxer, Discord, and Telegram), we may save and process your personal data in order to communicate with you and for our record keeping.

Our website

Our website is hosted by Squarespace, with servers located in the United States. You can learn more about how Squarespace is compliant with GDPR here.

Marketing emails

We use Kit to manage our email marketing and our email subscriber list:

  • You are always given the option to unsubscribe from our emails at any point.

  • When you subscribe your information is stored in Kit, with servers located in the United States. You can learn more about how Kit is compliant with GDPR here. Your details will remain within Kit’s database for as long as we continue to use Kit’s services for email marketing or until you specifically request removal from the list. You can do this by using the unsubscribe links contained in any email newsletters that we send you.

  • When we send emails to our subscribers, Kit uses hidden single-pixel gifs (web beacons), which allows them to collect information about when subscribers open emails and their IP address, their browser or email client type, and other similar details. Kit uses the data from those web beacons to create reports about how our email campaign performed and what actions our subscribers took (i.e. the pages they visited). Because it relies on a hidden gif, you can block any tracking by turning off automatic image loading in your email software.

You can read Kit’s privacy policy here.

We’ll also retain usage data for internal analysis purposes. For example, Squarespace analytics will save information about your clicks and pages visited, which is helpful for us to know how to improve our service.
