Zoe Linda Terms of Purchase

At Zoe Linda, I help you get more leads, sales, and bookings from your affiliate or referral program through my products and services. When you purchase one of my products, we enter into an agreement about how you'll use the product, my refund policy, content ownership, and other important details.

By purchasing our products or services, you ("Purchaser") agree to these terms. Here's what you need to know:

Our details

Zoe Linda is a sole proprietorship operating in Sweden. Zoe Linda (”I”, “my”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is the Company and we are responsible for any personal data you share with us. You can find our privacy policy over here.

You, the purchaser (”Purchaser”, or “you”), enter an agreement with us upon purchase and agree to the following terms:

Privacy & data protection

Our Privacy Policy is part of these terms. We take your privacy seriously and handle your data according to GDPR (Dataskyddsförordningen), the Swedish Data Protection Act (Lag med kompletterande bestämmelser till EU:s dataskyddsförordning), and other applicable laws.

Product access & usage

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products

  • Your access exists while you are a paying customer

  • Each purchase is for individual use

  • You can request access for one team member

  • Any additional clients, team members, or otherwise will need their own access

  • You're responsible for keeping your login details secure

Intellectual property rights

All our content (including images, text, designs, and materials) belongs to Zoe Linda and is protected under Swedish and international intellectual property laws.

Your purchase of our products does not transfer any intellectual property rights to you. We grant you a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to any and all purchased content.

Here's what you can and can't do:

You can:

  • Access the product for your personal use and within your own business

  • Download and print materials for your personal business and within your own business

  • Use our trademarks with proper credit (© Zoe Linda) and our consent

You cannot:

  • Share or resell access to our products

  • Distribute our materials as your own

  • Use our materials with your clients and customers

  • Modify and redistribute our content

  • Use our content for illegal purposes

Payments

You agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout upon purchase of our product.

VAT

All of our product prices are exclusive of Swedish VAT (moms). If you are subject to VAT, the VAT price will be displayed at checkout after you have entered your address. If you have a VAT number, you can enter that in the VAT Number box at checkout to remove the VAT from the final price.

Payment plans

If you signed up for a payment plan or subscription, you also:

  • authorise our Company to charge your credit card or debit card automatically

  • authorise continued payments (as specified at checkout) and our continued access to your financial information stored in Stripe or PayPal until your payment plan is complete.

Failed payments will result in loss of access to the relative product purchased and associated materials.

Refunds

We have a 7-day ‘one question asked’ refund policy. You can request a refund for any of our products within 7 days of purchase, we will ask you to share what you didn’t like about the product, and we’ll give you your money back.

You agree to make every attempt to file a refund, and give us 3 working days to respond, prior to attempting a chargeback from Stripe or PayPal. We reserve the right to present proof of your product access and these Terms of Purchase to the financial institution investigating the dispute.

  • Individual results from our products vary - we cannot guarantee any specific outcomes

  • Were not providing professional advice to you

  • We make reasonable efforts to ensure accurate information but we cannot guarantee it

  • We are not responsible for technical issues outside of our control

  • You use our products at your own risk

  • Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by Swedish law

Consumer rights

As a consumer, you have certain rights under Swedish consumer protection laws (Konsumentköplagen). Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

Updates to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on our website, with the effective date at the top.
